14 days to change your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
How it works
- Email us at contact.ineotex@gmail.com with your order number and the product concerned.
- We send you the return address.
- Send the product back within 14 days of your request, unused and in its original packaging.
Refund
We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the return, using the same payment method as your order. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is faulty or does not match your order.
Faulty or damaged product
Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt: we will send you a new product or refund you, free of charge. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
For hygiene reasons, opened doypacks cannot be returned.
